Unprotected Rechargeable Lithium Batteries from LightHound

Rechargeable Lithium batteries are rapidly becoming a very economical way to lower the operating costs of Lithium-Powered flashlights. We offer a number of different options in order to meet any rechargeable needs. All of the batteries on this page are unprotected batteries. Please read the Rechargeable Lithium Battery Info Page for more information.

We recommend unprotected batteries for all applications that can use a 3.6-4.2 volt battery. The cells on this page are unprotected Lithium R123 Cells that charge up to 4.2 volts with nominal 3.6 output. Do not over-discharge, as this will ruin the battery. We cannot replace batteries that have been over-discharged. Over-discharge is rarely a problem with these batteries, as incandescent flashlights will shut off and stop drawing current, and most LED flashlights will begin blinking rapidly.
