Description

Safe chemistry LiMN 3.7V rechargeable battery is now available in R123 size. These cells can handle high amperage and is safe to use in series / multi-cell applications. Can be charge with any LiIon battery charger with 4.2V output.

Specifications:
Nominal Voltage : 3.7V
Capacity : 550mAH
Lowest Discharge Voltage : 2.50V
Standard Charge : CC/CV ( max. charging rate 1.5A )
Cycle Life : > 500 cycles
Max. continuous discharge rate : 4A

Caution:
- Do not over-discharge/overcharge
- Recharge empty batteries ( resting voltage ~3.6V ) as soon as possible. Leaving LiIon batteries in discharged state will incur irreversible damage ( capacity / cycle loss )
- Do not short circuit ( will release tremendous current )
- Do not dispose of in fire.

Attention : These IMR cells have much lower internal resistance than regular LiIon 3.7V cells and they may end up with a higher ending voltage when charged in certain chargers ( especially older version WF-139 charger ). Please check the voltage of them right out of the charger to see if they are above 4.20V when fully charged with your charger. Overcharging above 4.25V may shorten life/cycles. Above 4.50V may even pop them or making them leak. DO NOT use the charger if it seems to overcharge IMR cells.

*Notice

Due to new postal regulations, we are not allowed to ship these batteries outside of the United States, including APO and FPO addresses.  We will remove these batteries from any international or restricted orders and ship the rest of the items.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Rating 100% IMRs for me!

I had some non IMR rechargeable 16340s in one of my lights while riding home at night on my bicyce. BOOM! One of the batteries exploded in my light blowing out the entire glass and damaging the LED and reflector. I now only use AW IMRs from Lighthound for all of my 16340, 14500, and 18650 needs! I have peace of mind with regards to safety. And my IMRs can deliver heavy currents to some of my lights w/out the light shutting off after a few seconds on high.

Rating When you're looking for thick, chewy *amps*...

More current than anything else in its size class, and less likely to blow up -- what's not to love? I've been using a pair for about a year and a half happily, with no issues myself. I'm always mindful about heat when running a twelve-watt penlight; others, they can be less mindful. Be aware that the heat shrink can split if you decide to run a P90 in a Nitrolon Surefire for more than a few minutes at a time. Lessons were learned, still a great product.

Rating Yep!

You can't go wrong with those if you need amperage and small size. Can deliver more amps than my panasonic 18650 3100mah!!Perfect for a XM-L led. Size doesn't matter. That's what she said.
