You may view the cart at any point during the shopping process. When you are ready to check out, the View Cart page is the first step of the process. This is where you enter any coupon codes or discount codes. To use multiple codes, enter them one at a time. Enter discount codes first, and then enter gift certificates. This is important, entering a discount code will remove any gift certificate codes, and you will have to re-enter them.

Step 1 - Shipping Address - Agree to Policies

You can log in to your account if you have created one in the past. You DO NOT have to have an account to shop with us

Enter the shipping name and address here. Choose the appropriate country if you do not live in the United States. We ship world-wide.

Enter your shipping address correctly, even if you are going to pay with PayPal. The PayPal site will NOT send us the shipping address, we will ship to whatever address you enter here.

All buyers must check the box to indicate that they have read and agree to the Lighthound, Inc. Policies.

Step 2 - Shipping Method Selection:

Choose your shipping method. US orders over $75 ship free via USPS Priority Mail. International orders over $150 total before shipping that do NOT choose the flat rate envelope will be automatically upgraded to Express Mail International (EMS). Do not pick Express Mail, choose Priority and we will upgrade the shipping automatically.

Step 3 - Billing Address - Payment Type and information - Comments:
Enter your billing address here if it is different from your shipping address, otherwise click the box next to "My billing information is the same as shipping."

Note: If your credit card does not go through, please ensure that the billing address is correct. The most common problem for credit card declines is when the billing address is not the same as the address on file with your credit card company.

If you click the submit button three times your credit card will be locked out until we reset it. If this happens try a different credit card, or try paying via PayPal.

If you select PayPal as the payment method, go through the PayPal payment process and wait until you are re-directed back to our site. If you do not recieve an email from our site confirming your order, then your order did NOT go through.

Select your payment method. Do not choose Money Order if you are not going to send a Money Order.

If you have any comments about your order, please enter them in the comments box. It is a good idea to remind us to upgrade your postage if you are an international customer.
