This head adds the light-emitting "teeth" that you can currently only buy on the E2D and M series combat lights. OPTIONALLY, you can unscrew the teeth and put in a lens retaining ring for a less aggressive look. Note that the picture on the left is composite and shows both sides of the bezel.
