Like the last reviewer I took one star away for how difficult it is to tighten the head and turn the light on. But once on with new battery this light is brighter than my Fenix E21, which also uses a comparable XP-E LED. The little light has a very nice hot spot and respectable throw. The LED is a perfect tint on my sample. I would have paid a little more for a better switching mechanism, but you can't beat this combination bright output in a super small and light weight package for $15. |

Using a fresh battery, this comes in at about 150 lumens by me eye (comparing it to other lights). There are slots for split rings if you want to add a lanyard. The bad, at least for me, is the tightness of the head. You really need to screw it down to get the light to come on, and it's a two-handed operation, even after greasing the threads.
This is still the brightest $15 light I've ever seen, and it will be riding in my backpack for a while. |

Length: 2.75"
Width: 0.8"
The twist is tight so there is no accidental on or off. The rubber O-ring and threads will provide protection in wet condition but probably not against submerging. There is a lanyard attachment and the flashlight can tail stand. The textured reflector provides a good throw and flood that rival the Surefire Backup. The black finish looks great and the knurling provides traction but will not chew up clothes. It is definitely the best light $15 can buy!

This is a awesome little light. The brightness and excellent build quality performs far better than expected for the price. I carry mine most all the time. Best $15.00 in flashlight value anywhere. |
