i use these to tidy up the shoulder straps on a 3-day pack. they work well, can be rolled up pretty tightly, and the rolled up web makes a good grip for pulling the straps.
my only nitpick is that they turn once soft straps into a potential noisemaker if any plastic clatters on something hard. it's a very small amount of exposed plastic, however, and not an issue for any but the most noise-conscious. |
