This is the flat switch with the flat button that allows for tail-stand capability. This tailcap is included with the NovaTac EDC 120P. Some of the tailcaps are labeled 120P, some are labeled Made In USA

The tailcap switches are completely interchangeable, so the 120P cap works on the 120T and 120E and vice versa.
