10 gram tube - 10 grams is enough lube for tens or even hundreds of applications, and represents a several month supply for most users.

We sell 2 different Greases from Nye Lubricants, Inc., NyoGel® 760G and NyoGel® 779ZC. In the past we have carried NyoGel® 759G, but we no longer carry it. NyoGel® 759G has been replaced by NyoGel® 760G. Nye Lubricants is in the process of phasing out NyoGel® 759G, and eventually it will not be available anywhere. NyoGel® 760G is an upgraded replacement. Compared to NyoGel® 759G, NyoGel® 760G is very similar, but with slightly higher thermal stability, a UV dye for inspection, and a copper passivator for enhanced corrosion prevention.

NyoGel® 760G is a silica thickened, medium viscosity, synthetic hydrocarbon grease for lubrication and protection of tin-lead electrical connectors. Benefits include good water resistance. By preventing environmental and fretting corrosion, it extends the life of electrical contacts. We recommend this grease for use on the threads of all aluminum-bodied flashlights. NyoGel® 760G is a relatively "thin" grease and rated for -40°C to 135°C temperature ranges. Note that NyoGel® 760G is not conductive, but it was designed for lubricating surfaces that are conductive.

NyoGel® 760G lubricant for surfaces of electrical contacts - EXCELLENT for Fenix and SureFire® Flashlights. This is the lubricant that is recommended for all metal-bodied flashlights, including Fenix, SureFire®, StreamLight® and Maglight® Flashlights

NyoGel® 779ZC is silica thickened, light viscosity, synthetic hydrocarbon grease intended for mechanical components. It contains special additives for reducing wear of aluminum surfaces. NyoGel® 779ZC is a thicker grease that has a higher level of damping and water protection than NyoGel® 759G. It is rated for temperatures from -20°C to 125°C. It works well in the connection between the o-rings and the bezel and tailcap on the flashlights. It also works great on Nitrolon-bodied flashlights like the G2, G2Z and 8NX.

Before I purchased this I didn''t know what I was missing. After cleaning my SF A2 I applied the gel to the threads and I was impressed with how smooth the tail cap twisted. the 10 gm size is perfect to keep in your duty bag and after using on all of my lights and several of my buddies lights I still feel like I have a full tube. I also used it on my ASP baton and pepper spray baton threads. A must have for all flashlight owners.
