this thing is a fantastic replacement for my scratched and abused stock Novatac polycarbonate lens. it is very clear with no distortion, and the anti-reflective coating is impressive (a faint blue refection for head-on reflections). it's pretty thick, and fit the Novatac end perfectly, but i added an o-ring above the lens to protect it from the bezel. (that makes the bezel stick out a bit; i'd like to try a rubber or nylon washer instead. the best $5 you could spend on an aging light! |
