Great Simple Charger
I've had this charger for more than 2 years now and it has worked very well. I use it for AW RCR123 and IMR123 cells and they always end up charged to 4.20 volts; never once overcharged. If you're just getting started with rechargeable lithium 123 batteries and looking to limit the initial investment, this charger is just the ticket.

It's cheap
One star taken off for poor quality. Mine had poor solder joints, plus a solder ball in the HV area. Only one of the 2 pins on each battery contact was soldered, so they'd come loose pretty easily. Another star taken off because it came with no box or instructions. A better quality charger, unless you need the 3V option, is the XTAR WXTAR WP2II.

Great charger just cautious of the 3.7 volt ultrafire battery. the positive nub some times dose not stick out enough to charge. had to bend the chargers connectors out then worked great. It then made a great connection with the battery. Like how you can switch from 3v to 3.7
